What to see in Sella
Sella is a mountain village (under 600 inhabitants) tucked into the southern slope of the Sierra de Aitana, in the Marina Baixa. It is known for its natural springs, ancient mills and irrigation channels that feed natural pools. The Ruta del Agua (Water Trail) - 6 km, family-friendly - links Font del Pi, Font de l’Alcàntera and traditional mills. Remnants of an Arab castle now house the Ermita de Santa Bárbara. It serves as a base for senderismo (hiking), escalada (climbing) and parapente (paragliding).
